I am a 28-year-old asian guy who enjoyed acne-free beautiful skin when I was in my early teens ’til age 26. It all went downhill from there. Acne attacked my skin and now I look ‘ugh’. Fortunately, with help from dermatologists my battles with it has stabilized though I still have acne scars and occassional acne on my oily skin. I’m getting older and I know by age 30 men should start using anti-aging products to combat skin aging.
The problem is dermatologists forbid me from using any moisturizers (even those that are high-quality) and limits me with a facial wash and toner only (completely skipping ’step 3′ of skin care). I admit it has done help, my acne problems have stabilized. But I’m worried about my skin not getting any anti-aging treatments and it’s showing signs already. This is quite a problem for me because all anti-aging products are all in moisturizer form (milk, gel, cream, mask, and emulsions) – all things which I can’t use because my skin reacts to them negatively.

what are the affects of anti aging cream if you use it when your young and not old?
Im asking this because i have a very good facial filling serum anti aging thing i got it for free and i do not want to waste it its Avons Anew clinical derma full x3 facial fillin serum. and yeah i really dun wanna waste it so will it have bad affects or nething im only 19 years old
There are no bad side effects. If your using quality products you will only see good results. I’m 21 and looking at my eyes I’ve decided its time to start using eye cream, I already have lines and the beginnings of crows feet. Not good!
Is there any harm in an 18 year old using anti-aging products?
I’ve always been very conscious about my health. I stay out of the sun as much as I can, and if it’s inevitable I use good sunscreen and wear sunglasses and a hat. I don’t want to age prematurely for any reason. I want to stay youthful for as long as possible…I’ve been thinking about starting to use anti-aging products like special eye creams, facial creams, washes, lotions…etc. I know there are benefits to this, but are there any downsides to this? Could this be harmful to my young skin in any way?
I’m not worried about getting old. I’m worried about looking old. It’s easier to prevent than to cure!
there is no reason for you to use anti-aging products because they do not work. They are just products that people make that have no purpose. And your 18 and if your biggest worry is if you should use anti-aging products or not I’m pretty sure your living a pretty stress free life.
